63 KV suspension and tension insulators
Mesco Company has been developing these silicone composite insulators for high voltage transmission lines up to voltage 63 KV with a mechanical strength up to 120 KN. The structure of insulators consists of three main parts, including end fittings, composite rod and shed/sheath polymer. We manufacture silicone insulators with a variety of different forged end fittings based on customer requests such as socket and ball (acc. to IEC12016), clevis, tongue, y-clevis and eye fitting( acc to IEC 60471). The main rod in these insulators has been supplied by pultrusion machine with fiber glass reinforced resin composite with high strength tensile force. We use silicon as a polymer for shed/sheath material in modern molding machines to achieve high quality products. The following table includes our 63 KV insulator specifications:
